Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The New One
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows – available for download this summer on Xbox LIVE Arcade, the PlayStation Network, and PC via Steam , published by Activision and developed by Red Fly Studio.
We all know what it was like as kids to flick on Nickelodeon and watch the big green four turtles battled Shredders minions usually in aid of the red head girl in a yellow boiler jacket. The new game looks as though it’s had the Dark Knight treatment and the turtles look a little more grey than green! The cartoony look and feel on the surface looks as though it is gone but at heart I don’t think so. The outlandish moves and the numerous ways that the turtles can dispense with Shredders minions are always going to provide a few laughs.
The game looks a far cry from the arcade game you may have played way back in 1989.
When it was released. It may come as no surprise but the soundtrack is destined to be completely different as well. Hip-hop producer and collaborator, Just Blaze gives us an inside look at creating the soundtrack to the game’s character series trailers, the challenges of putting a new spin on a classic, and how he draws inspiration from working on a franchise he’s loved since childhood.
