Sacred 3 Coming to Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC Summer 2014

Deep Silver have announced that Sacred 3 – the follow-up to the 2009 fantasy epic Sacred 2: Fallen Angel – will release this summer for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

The game will again see players take on traditional fantasy-meets-hack n’ slash action in the world of Ancaria, where they will band together to defeat the tides of evil once more. The game will feature offline two-player co-operative mode, and an online four-player alternative, and old classics such as the Seraphim, Ancarian and Safiri will return alongside a brand-new character – Malakhim. Each character will have their own unique skills, weapons and styles to create a deeper sense of customisation for the player.

Remy van Leewen, Brand Manager at Deep Silver, states that creating a seamless online and offline co-op experience was extremely important in the game’s design: “By creating a game built around the central concept of co-op gameplay, we’re expanding the series to new audiences without compromising the rich lore and fantasy of the Sacred universe.”

Sacred 3 will hit consoles and home computers later this summer. Stay tuned to Developer’s Accomplice for more news, updates and more!
